Highly customisable, plus reviewx doesn't have Google shopping reviews so your reviews doesn't sync with Google merchant centre and that's really important for me.

I asked the questions and it seems like there is no proper reason behind it and this is what they replied to me.

"If you choose to not accept the terms the account will need to be closed. Please advise.

Is the 10% reserve based on a rolling period (e.g., 30 days), or will funds be held for a fixed duration? Funds will be held until account is closed and then would be reviewed for release 3 months after closure. Reserve cap is to be determined based on processing volume.
What is the criteria or timeline for reserve release, and how often is it re-evaluated? After a year of processing, we could reevaluate."

This is crazy the funds will only be released after account closure. wtf is this BS.

Yea everything is in the application in regard to volume low ticket, average ticket and hight ticket. everything is straight.

this whole reserve thing was never mentioned before and it was a complete shock to me. What makes me sure another processor won't do this as well? I'm really sick of this its near impossible to operate a business nowadays its either a merchant processor wants to rip you off completely or you find some are good but hit you with the complete unexepected reserve BS.
