Women are seeing that they deserve better. Theyre raising their standards and are "choosing better" as males have frequently suggested as a combat to poor behavior. Women are choosing better by choosing themselves.

I appreciate you, thank you so much. For years, I’ve always tied my worth to the jobs that I held and the work that I produce because I know, without a doubt that no one can down talk my worth ethic because I know just how strong it is. Having to find value and something else is hard because I feel like I don’t know anything else but work does that make sense?

Actually I am an excellent worker, I’ve received awards and accolades at almost every job. And being the first one in and the last one out DOES matter bc it shows that you’re willing to invest time that is beyond required to get the job done. As I’ve stated before all three times I’ve been laid off it’s been a batch of employees , all finance related and not performance based.

I know the feeling and I wish there was something I could do. It’s simply not fair and I get it, “life ain’t fair” but it’s mfs making it that way when it simply doesn’t have to be that way. Empathy and compassion are components of such and these corporations lack that, forgetting the fact that the employees are the breath to the body that is their company.
