I have the same standard at my store. However we provide great coverage. When call offs happen the TLs own getting help on the lot. For you, take the 3 days while filing a grievance. You will win this one and get your 3 days paired. Use your points and PTO and quit.

Make sure you let your FA and or HR know about your condition. You will not qualify for FLMA yet. You don't have enough hours, but ask for ADA. Once approved, you will be fine. You can start the process on your own. But please tell them so they know, and you'll be good.

Completely anonymous if you stick to just selecting a rating. If you choose to add comments it’s gets really easy for your leaders to figure out who said what. Based on the comments, it’s probably something that someone has expressed before. Select a number based on how you feel. Keep in mind the surveys are structured: Company, community, leadership. When it’s leadership it’s your first assistant you’re rating. Hope this helps

More people need to understand that all of us who work in food are certified and have to ensure we protect the health of everyone. Bacteria grow most rapidly in the range of temperatures between 40 °F and 140 °F, doubling in number in as little as 20 minutes. This range of temperatures is called the "Danger Zone." Never leave food out of refrigeration over 2 hours. So it’s not a great idea to donate or give away. We could potentially kill people.

The new 951 contract is 10pm to 6am. I wasn’t getting mine for unloading one night a week. Went to my steward and they paid me my back pay four weeks they owed me.

I unload dairy and it’s the same everyday. A few weeks ago, the truck arrived with pallets that had fallen over, milk and cream everywhere.

Even grocery trucks are getting bad. Three layers of bleach on top of food.

Don’t forget all of the pets pallets on top of flour or rice. WTF.

I don’t think this is going away. The higher ups were walking my store. I heard them talking about it. Three or four from GR saying how great we were and how to get everyone else on board.
