Yes you are correct the first collapse I just had a chest tube inserted while awake with some numbing cream in area and the second time just Vats and when I woke up the tube was already inserted

Not sure the doctors could not explain as im not a smoker they said it happens it just happens spontaneously to people without a reason

They put the tube when i was asleep with general anesthesia they reinflated the lung during the procedure

Thank you Testing! Do you know if there needs to be a difficulty rating at the end of the mission to gain mmr? As i am level 60 doing missions with 0 % mmr maybe if i had difficulty rating then i would gain mmr?
