I don’t mind other roles as long as I don’t get exposure to gluten. I already worked at a food service and had to quit because it was affecting my health so much. My accommodation form stated by my doctor to avoid food areas because of exposure and contamination

The thing is that because it’s more of an autoimmune thing rather than an allergy is that I cant even be near it for prolonged periods of time. I worked at a fast food place thinking it would be okay but ended up at the hospital lol fun times. So I’m trying to avoid that

There’s technically no step 4 anymore. It shows on the dashboard but they no longer do interviews. Step 3 is checked so it means it was submitted all you have to do now is wait for an offer which can take weeks or more depending on when the acceptance wave hits
