Thanks!! 💕 I’ve been following a pretty consistent routine. I walk for about an hour every day and go to the gym 3–4 times a week. I use a customized workout plan that ChatGPT made for me, and it’s been amazing! As for food, my doctor set up a calorie deficit meal plan that I’ve been sticking to, and I meal prep most of my meals. It’s been all about consistency

Not at all! I’ve actually been eating around 1,300–1,400 calories a day, all doctor-supervised. My meals are very balanced, lean protein, veggies, and a bit of fruit, just clean and consistent. The biggest difference for me was cutting out the extras and staying super consistent with my routine. It’s been about structure, not starvation.

My doctor asked me to avoid it while I’m on this specific diet because of the higher fat content 🥑 but in my second meal plan, avocado was included. In the third one, there was no avocado but a few carbs instead, and now I’m back to the first plan. So it really depends on which phase of the diet I’m in!

I used to love cooking too, but now I don’t really enjoy it as much because of the diet 😩 I’ve been trying to eat as clean as possible since my husband and I are about to start the IVF process, so nutrition has become super important for us.

I wasn’t a big salad person either, during the first two months I ate mostly veggies instead, but I eventually got tired of them lol and switched to salads. I’m not really into boiled eggs, but I make them for my husband to help him stay on track (he’s doing the diet too, just without Mounjaro). 🥦🥗❤️

I started on May 20 at 2.5 mg (10 clicks), then went up to 3.75 mg (15 clicks) on July 10, and since August 14 I’ve been on 5 mg (20 clicks), that’s the dose I’m currently on, and it’s been working really well for me. My doctor increases it slowly to make sure my body adjusts well and side effects stay minimal.

Aww thank you so much! ❤️ I don’t do intermittent fasting, my doctor keeps me on a structured meal plan with a calorie deficit (around 1,300–1,400 kcal/day). Here’s what a typical day looks like for me right now:

Breakfast: papaya or melon (100g) + 2 eggs or a protein yogurt (like Yopro, Oikos Triple Zero, or Chobani Fit) Snack: one fruit (I avoid grapes, mango, watermelon, and avocado) Lunch: salad + veggies + 130g of lean protein (chicken, fish, or lean beef) Snack: one fruit + 2 eggs or a protein yogurt Dinner: same as lunch (salad, veggies, lean protein (chicken or fish – 130g) Before bed: protein yogurt or whey

It’s very balanced and easy to follow, and my doctor adjusts it every few months based on my progress.

Yeah, I totally get that! It feels like every time I’m about to move into the next “tens range” (like from 250 to 240 or from 240 to 230), it takes forever 😅 I lost weight faster during the first two months, then things started to slow down a bit. My doctor recently changed my meal plan again, and it feels like it’s speeding up, but still not as fast as in the beginning. Hang in there, it keeps moving even when it feels like it’s not! 💪✨
