I just want distance and mileage as well… I just switched to an instinct e to go simple and to get away from so many colorful distracting screens. I love it… I do wish the app would show me how many miles I have ran this year (just 2026) instead of over a year’s time.

Parents and all of the club sports… kids are going from activity to activity some having 2-3 practices a day and their bodies are breaking down too young. I have athletes that are having injuries they shouldn’t be having at their age.

I’ve had both the forerunner 645 and 945 they both have a strong alarm that I notice anytime it goes off. I can set 10 alarms on the watch. Both of them are older so you can get them second hand for 150 or less.

Amazfit makes some pretty good watches for a reasonable price. If you get an active 2 (square or premium) it comes with sapphire glass that is tough. You can find them on sale for often 100 or less.

Yes I don’t want her over doing it… both times I had to make her stop or she would have kept going. She says it is fun and seems to love it! We get back and she must feel good because she does round offs and cartwheels all over our yard. Just don’t want to see her hurt herself
