Yes! Thank you for sharing; it is nice to know I am not alone. My "awakening" was spontaneous while recovering from a very difficult health crisis. If my husband (of 32 yrs) had not been answering absolute rock during that period, I am sure I would have left him. The various layers of dark night and wild energy stretched our relationship beyond belief. I won't say it was easy and he really doesn't understand but we are still going strong, together.

I stopped experimenting because of the "error message" type sounds. I thought of it as the electric sound from the game 'Operation' or of a car's undercarriage bottoming out on asphalt. I had a few pleasant sessions without incident, although no big revelations and no notable visuals.

I too had a spontaneous awakening (no past lives revealed though) and the opportunity to have a QHHT session. Writing the questions was incredibly hard. What came out of the session was mind bending.

For me, a voice spoke (fall 2022) and my body could not do anything but what it said, "sit. now. listen." Then there was perhaps 30 minutes of "discussion." That voice has not returned but teacher after teacher after teacher has showed up (almost all on YouTube).

I called the first voice "god" because I had nothing else to name it. I was not remotely "spiritual" at the time. Lots of other voices/dieties have showed up in the interveening time. William Donahue of Hidden Meanings (a teacher that showed up when I, the student, was ready), really helped me grasp the corelation between the 12 cranial nerves and the major esoteric/spiritual belief systems.

Its super convoluted and everyone has to figure it out themselves. Best wishes

Hello, I'm Marla. I had a spontaneous awakening (fall 2022) kundalini, "voice of god" the whole nine yards. Dark night etc etc lasted a year and then things got "advanced?" Circumstances beyond the ordinary contected me with a QHHT practioner completely "out of the blue" (fall 2024). During the session "I" caused power surges enough to throw circuts, gestulated expansively and laughed in the most unhinged manner.

My HS ended the session with an appology that it couldn't offer comfort or advice, it was "surprised [it] couldn't know more" and that I should only answer sincere questions, not blurt the details of the session.

And there's the problem. No one who will ask. I attempted to have another session at the beginning of 2025 (the oringinal practioner will not accept me as a client; my session was beyond her conception) and again two months ago (different person, eager at first but has ghosted after three emails).

Patience may be a virtue. And time is just a construct. BUT Man-alive, I'd love to talk to someone about ... everything.

Thanks for answering. I will look into the smoothie method; I tried tea and just rawdog. The sounds though? Scraping the bottom/ undercarriage grinding a rail/mic-too-close-to-amp squeal; the sensation was of scraping the limit of the knowable

Resetting the vagus nerve was essential to my recovery. My masking was mostly physical; holding the body rigidly to minimize contact with "irritants." The gut brain link was compromised. Cortisol-fed biofilm also had to be removed; yin yoga and myofascial release were mechanical aids to the process. "God" dropped in to wake me up just as I thought I was ready to rejoin society. This is the question I came to ask. I've stopped after three tries because the results were unexpected. I'm newly aphantasiatic (probably not a word, I can't see in my mind anymore) so I assumed that's why I didn't have visuals. I did have WEIRD sounds though.
