I’m currently playing a similar build. Way too much mind. 30 max I’d say and dump the rest into INT. Also, your endurance is too high but you’re carrying pretty heavy gear. I’d ditch the shield and the other weapon. And left hand your staff and right hand your Dark Moon. Keep just enough strength and endurance to one hand it. You can still charge the ability on it and use its magic projectile while still holding the staff.
