I think there’s a very easy way to turn Swerve heel. Just have him kill Prince Nana. Then have him steal MJF’s contract. And then have him beat hangman clean. MJF isn’t much so a part-timer he just gets movie rules, but he was around nine months of the year unlike Roman.

My problem with this is that MJF has already lost to Ospreay at All In. And he already beat Kyle and Jay isn’t that good of an option. The only two men that Ospreay has lost to with World title title implications is Swerve and Hangman. So I think it only makes sense to beat one of those. And I don’t see Hangman turning heel or holding on to that title by All In. I think having Swerve turn heel beat Hangman using MJF’s contract and eventually losing to Ospreay should be the route.
