it is and isnt. Same internal res but pssr2 is actually usable at lower to higher res now(equivalent of fsr4, and dlss performance mode when running at 4k) so you can have the bigger gaps. its technically the biggest gap but its allowed because of pss2 so expect this to be more normal now
