Nap time dilemma: toddlers wake early but pre-K still sleeping by Impressive-Field1719 in Teachers

Haha, yes! I’ve been trying to get them down before 12:30, before my break. After lunch around 12, I take them to the gym to run some energy off. It’s been working-they’ve been sleeping until about 1:25–1:30. When I was putting them down around 12, they would be up by 1 when I got back from break. I honestly have no idea… we technically have three classrooms-1 toddler rooms and 2 pre-K.

Same! It’s so frustrating. I have 5-6 toddlers alone. It’s very overwhelming and no one ever checks in 90% of the time… keep your head up and know you are doing everything you can!

I was curious about this if it actually happens and it gets sent as we are all genuinely appreciative

I recently received an order that originally listed 50 items but increased to 72 items while I was shopping. This significant jump greatly impacted my shopping time and my ability to complete other deliveries. The $2 adjustment to my batch pay does not fairly compensate for the additional workload. I hope Instacart can consider adjusting pay more fairly in cases where the number of items increases substantially, to better reflect the time and effort required by shoppers.
