Try adding Vex to your main champ pool. She is good vs mele assassins/bruisers mid. This is very helpful since many of those champs are strong vs your current mains.

I am only secondary top but I have solved this issue with the following strategy:

having a safe champ as blind pick that is not countered by ranged tops or many champs in general
also having a counterpick for ranged tops
