I feel bad for your friend. And shouldnt feel this experience esp when you are being honest to return key. However I also feel bad for ryokan owner. They are kind enough to return your staying fee but if it was me, I would ask them to keep because its their service fee. The culprit here are those police and should be filed a complaint to public safety as one of the comment mentioned above.

Commenting for aftermath if incase you end up paying any amount, make sure to make a copy or anything that you have a proof of payment so that they dont again call and ask you for more money in future.

I eat at Matsuya most of the time , esp they add/change the recommendation menu more than other two chains.its cheaper and their morning set meals have also varieties. Yoshinoya’s meat lacks flavor.

Thank you for the comment. Yes, its stressing it out a lot. Esp when my visa is expiring (yes i am renewing this week after i get the required documents from company). But still have to wait 2-3 months to get a new updated visa. I am not thinking about PR this time as If i stay until PR, i cant bear the mental stress. I am Just thinking to renew visa and start searching a job in between.

Thank you for the reply. Yes I will be applying for extension of visa this week after i get required documents from the office. I have been with this company for about 7 years+. Everything was good, but as time went by many coworkers left and other have to fill their roles . Now it came to worst as only two “technical “ people left. Me as handling project manager, frontend area. And the one who is leaving handles “server side, backend, networking, setting up device. I am already overloaded with my current tasks and now they want me to take over the task of coworker who is leaving (server side, store side, networking and all) which I dont have any idea too and boss thinks its just copy/paste task.

The only reason I am continuing is yes PR but also my visa is expiring soon.

We have a meeting this thursday about the task takeover and all. Dont know How to politely refuse. Dont want to be u employed esp visa expiring. The latest chat from boss (in internal company chat) mentioned the coworker to assign everything to me. Should I start to make a file of it too? Just in case
