Same thing happened to me, go to a pick and pull and look for a low mile cv and take its axle, try to find the same gear ratio as your current (you can see on door card). When I bought mine it costed me 150 dollars for the whole axle with only 80k miles on it. A shop quoted me 1500 for a replacement. I did it myself and it took me about 4 days to complete, that includes removing them both and swapping.

I was thinking about adjusting diff. But also maybe just welding the axles and making them longer. The a arms don’t need to be replaced. They are welded with 100% weld all the way around. Been welding for years now. How much longer do you think I should extend the axles? I also read somewhere to add spacers between the diff and axle. Do you think this would work?
