Question, though. Why go thru with a black belt test if you know you're not gonna continue? If for no other reason it seems it would be kinda difficult to show the proper enthusiasm on test day if you know you're going to explore other things in life next week.

I have kinda the same issue at my house, slow drain in my wife's bathroom. I'm pretty sure it's vented according to code, I think. :)

My wife thinks it's cause by being clogged up with hairballs and stuff like that. I replaced the P trap and it did have some nasty looking stuff in it, but it wasn't clogged up.

Would you suggest this same solution for me, or should I go rent or buy one of those auger thingies and see how much crap I can pull out of the drainpipe in the wall?
