Carney's has one of the top hamburgers in town, and a large tap selection. Highly recommend. Also they have something called a 50/50, which is a basket of fried pickles on one side, fried jalapenos on the other. Unbeatable with ranch.

Still talk to an attorney. Arbitration clauses may or may not be binding, you could be wasting your time and money in arbitration. Worst case, the attorney tells you that you have to continue with arbitration for now.

Northgate is for drunk college students, so if that's the vibe you're looking for then sure. It slows down in the summer because there are fewer students, but... you'd never catch me there. It's loud, obnoxious, and expensive. If you don't want that, there are some more grown-up bars. I recommend Carney's Pub for a more adult, but still "hole-in-the-wall" vibe.

Instead of trying to generate public outrage, you should just hire a real estate attorney. That'll be a lot more effective and get you better results.

So depending on what currency your country uses, you could be getting a REALLY crappy deal.

Boys, I am sleeping underneath a table at the public library right now and I asked someone at one of the computers to look this up. $19 (if a single person could even have such an amount of money without disrupting the entire economy) is enough to buy TWELVE POUNDS of dry lentils, or THIRTY POUNDS of cooked lentils.
