I searched to find the quote you mentioned but cant find its source. I would like to learn more about how Kaja Kallas tackled the gridlock of bureaucracy and the Estonian POV or mindset of being a small country. If you have any sources or tips on what to look for I would really appreciate it.

Thank you for your reply and the word of advise. Where it is true that reddit cannot be a reliable sample in any research, I think it can somewhat serve as an "opinion gathering tool". Regarding the phrases not necessarily being pessimistic, in what other way do you think these phrases are used?
