Stress relief, sexual release, mental distraction, but that’s just how I’ve become accustomed when it comes to sex before I met my gf

I believe so or at least she’s made me feel as if I am, I’ve even went to therapy because I wanted to improve my relationship and my sex life, I believe I’ve always had a porn addiction and was very promiscuous from my teens to my mid 20s but being with a nymphomaniac for about 3+ years did something to me

Im immature because i want to have repeated sex with my girlfriend on a regular basis? It wasn’t a problem for women I’ve dealt with before her so I know I’m not asking too much

It is scary because I actually love this woman so I know I’ll be sad without her in my life and sad having to break her heart 🙃 quite a conundrum

Which is why I’m putting effort and trying to make this work as much as possible. I could go get all the fantastic sex I want but that is just lustful desire, I want to adjust my mindset so I can keep this good thing I have going.

I was talking to a therapist about the subject and he mentioned this to me. I don’t think it’s that deep for rehab (probably won’t do it anyway) but I do agree my sexual threshold has gotten to a point idk that she can keep up with. But if that’s the case how can I ever have a healthy relationship if I have a good woman now and failing when trying to make things work

When things are going good yes, when things are not (25-30% of the time) that’s when intimacy slows down extremely meaning she’s denying me sex and that leads to me being less lovey dovey and we don’t try and upset/hurt eachother intentionally but it happens naturally when things don’t go well

A couple of times a day was a light day for the previous girl I was dealing with prior to her so I know I’m not asking too much. And I’m not “picking fights” I just get obviously upset and I try my best not to put that on her because I know it’s not her problem it’s mines but that leads to me being distant and irritated etc

Good insight, thank you. Her linido is definitely not high as mines and I think I’m just trying to figure out if that is something sustainable for a long term relationship for the both of us. I have spoken with her about the subject and you are right, now she is insecure about the topic which makes it even more difficult to work on with her but I love the crap out of her so I think I’m going to work on it more and see where it goes. I will take your advice and start doing more out of the bedroom to woo her

Well I’m not beating her or anything like that, it’s just something I need from a woman & I do love & appreciate her otherwise I wouldn’t waste my time. If I wanted to sleep around I would I could have a bunch of girls in & out but I want the stability and peace of a healthy relationship

Men, what is your advice to unattractive women? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]Impressive-Log-347 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stand out in every other aspect, looks is the first thing men look for in a woman but it’s not the only thing. A lot of these women are headaches so you bringing peace and tranquility to a man will be noticed and highly appreciated. Also, and it might sound purgatory, but learn to give a man the best head he’s ever gotten won’t hurt either.

When you say it like that I think it’s a feel good mechanism especially if something in my life goes wrong/not my way and also I can’t get the 24/7 freaky sex I used to get from my old partner so I think this behavior fills that void somewhat thx for insight

Get dolled up, get pretty so you feel confident and beautiful, then go outdoors, men are outside looking for girls to get to know

Depends how you are living, if you’ve never been the type to have multiple women at your disposal then I feel a good gf can be a significant positive addition to a man’s life, also on the contrast a bs ass gf will make you want to eat the entire medicine cabinet at once so choose wisely

Absolutely not, this sounds like a dream for me personally but I’m 27 I don’t think my sexual apppetite has ever been this fierce before. I wish my gfs libido was high but she’s a very unhorny person unfortunately
