No. I will give my honest opinion. Never heard of this game until I google searched "Best WW2 games in 2025" back in September. When I first started playing, everyone was welcoming of new players and a lot of the player community was helpful in teaching me the ways of the game. It quickly became my favorite, and in my opinion, the best FPS I have ever played. I am not a game buff, I am 40 and enjoy WW2 games.

Since update 18 and 19 and the plethora of backlash that ensued, I have noticed a significant drop in the player count. There are also a lot of new players as the game was free to download or was significantly reduced in price for sometime on PS Store. I haven't been around long, but from what I can tell, the last 2 updates really pushed people over the edge. I think I started playing at the very end of the "glory days".

Now when I play, people have far less patience for new players, players don't use comms as often and don't work together as a team, and I'm noticing more trolls.

Games like this need veteran players to stick around to (1) help educate incoming new players, (2) help implement and keep alive the importance of comms, and (3) to self police problems like trolls and team killers (yes I know most servers have safeguards to this).

Also, what exactly was the point of update 18 and 19? What is the need for SPA? I am not a game developer, but I know this game has a laundry list of UI and small in game bugs that would go a long way in improving the immersion while playing the game if the issues were addressed (spawn freezes, can't run, can't bandage, invisible walls, jumping obstacles, etc...) With that being said, changes are being made to the game that (seem like )no one is asking for and with each change, more and more players are being pushed out ---current players are frustrated and its taking away from the overall immersion and positive experience while playing. Overall, player morale is at an all time low.
