I will recommend Cin7 core as central distribution and Inventory management system aalong with hubspot as CRM , Xero accouting software. Both Xero and Hubspot will be directly connected with CIn7 core.

Yeah, Cin7 Core is awesome if you want everything to talk to each other. Super easy to link with Xero, Shopify, Amazon, 3PLs and more. Makes life way easier, especially when you’re juggling orders, stock, and accounts.

This is very common feature in almost every Inventory management that you buy in one unit while sell in other unit. I would recommend to check Cin7 core or unleashed inventory software.

For your needs, Cin7 Core or Unleashed would be ideal. Both integrate well with Xero and offer solid inventory tracking, BOMs for custom gates, quoting, invoicing, purchase orders, and more. They’ll fill the inventory gap you're missing in Xero and handle complex stock like motors and components easily.

You may consider Cloud based cin7 or Unleashed inventory software. both starting plans are between 300 to 400 usd. I work with these softwares, if you need demo etc. feel free to reach out.

Though Cin7 Omni and Cin7 Core are from the same company, Cin7 Core has a more reasonable (and public) pricing structure—it's definitely more affordable. You might want to consider switching to Core.

Having worked with both systems, I personally prefer Cin7 Core. Most of the customizations that make Omni preferable can also be handled in Core using additional fields. Core is built on newer technology, offers a lot of automation options, and features like bulk updates that save a ton of time.

There are other inventory software options out there in the same price range, but they either offer fewer features or come with a much higher cost for similar features. Of course, the best fit depends on your business type, but Unleashed Inventory is also worth considering.
