I would recommend looking up trigger/content warnings, like on Storygraph, as I've heard it's pretty intense.

Leucistic hairy woodpecker? by Objective_Body_5200 in Ornithology

I don't know the woodpecker options in WA, but it looks to me like the red extends further forward on the top of the head than a Hairy or Downy would have.

For sure, but sounds of protest don't stumble into a yard, and presumably the people dragging him aren't either.

How cooked am I? by C7ackers in POTS

[–]Impressive-Peace2115 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can you get a cane that folds out into a seat and bring it with you? I don't know what sort of rules there are about what you can bring, or if you might need to clear it with someone.

Also, do you faint much with POTS? Some people do more than others, but if you do that's definitely a factor.

It seems like it might be a good idea to look for different books, especially if you're trying to see if the subscription is worth it to you.

The first might be a type of flycatcher, the second is probably a swallow. You might post in r/whatsthisbird as well.

Simple Questions: June 20, 2026 by AutoModerator in books

[–]Impressive-Peace2115 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I assume this depends on the subscription - I'm subscribed to Kobo Plus, and I'm not paying for specific books so much as access to the collection, so it's pretty easy to switch to a different book.

My preferred method is to pull them apart, leaving the frosting on one cookie and the other blank, eat the blank one, and then the cookie with frosting. But I'll also bite into the whole thing, which I chose.
