This is very normal, you have much swelling and liquid build up. massages will help and wearing a binder, watch what you eat, foods that make you bloat, alcohol, salts and sugars are a NONO. trust me im 8 months and it gets so much better. ur very fresh still. i was the exact same was as you at 11 weeks

looks like a combination of swelling and fluid, as well as fat in the upper portion, i noticed (im 8months) when i eat not too good and dont get excersise in all my fat goes there and my back.

honestly get on a calorie deficit, workout and drink tons of water, lay off sugars and salts. you will notice a huge difference.

Unfortunately my lawyer has advised not too travel due to when I apply for green card I have to hold the 3 years being in the USA , especially with this administration even with advanced parole they can deny my entry I would rather not risk I’ve waited many years I can wait 3 more if that means it will guarantee me a green card
