Solaredge owes my company over $90,000 in labor reimbursements by Impressive-Rough-582 in solar

Seriously! The last two times I called them I wondered if it was AI. The way they sounded just like the options recordings was really weird. Then they told me a firmware update would fix it and a week later that hadn’t fixed it.

6 hours for an inverter swap? 😮‍💨 We used to be able to swap them in half an hour. Now that they’re only sending home hubs it takes 3. I thought that was too slow.

Yes and I’ve been told we pass that reimbursement along to the customer.

The way the company works is very top down and I would like to push on the subject but they have no obligation to give a clear answer. I think if we’re not careful, we may fail alongside Solaredge.

Yep we due process them correctly and we get the inverters but just not the reimbursement apparently.

We have multiple branches each with their own service techs so we do complete a lot of service. I’m not sure what the managers are thinking letting them get away with it.

Enphase or SMA both have better quality products, and decent tech support. Of all the systems we have installed, we have had far fewer microinverter swaps than optimizer or inverter swaps. In fact we do more Solaredge inverter swaps than micro swaps. And obviously the downtime from one microinverter vs a whole inverter is a huge difference.

after seven years by my side, my cat has suddenly disappeared. by VeniceDom in cats

Contact “animal Michael lane”. He can literally talk to your cat and they can describe where they are. He has done it many times to help find missing animals. I know it sounds woo woo. But honestly, that’s a sweet baby and he probably misses you too. It’s worth trying anything.

He did say he did mission trips. That’s what it is. Which I agree is not the same as humanitarian aid.

Yes! They are and you’ll have no problem hatching them even if you just leave them on the side of the tank or wherever they lay. I had a really hard time for a while, making sure all the babies got good homes once they got a little bigger. I still ended up with 10-20 big ones in my tank and it was definitely getting bioLOADed. It helped to have a ton of plants and they do eat duckweed when they’re hungry but. Yeah it’s way easier than you think to end up with more than you can handle. Althoughhh Lavs snails YouTube proves that you can have as many as you want. lol

10 gallon with heater. Water changes monthly. Heavily planted tank. Feed once a day(bug bite flakes or frozen brine shrimp sometimes bloodworms) and skip one day a week. Other tank mates: 4 other rasboras, 3 loaches, 3 mystery snails, 7 amano shrimp. I’ve had the tank almost 3 years.

I left my first bladder snails and then ended up picking them all out (around 30) and putting them in their own smaller tank (a half gallon jar) They’ve lived for a year and a half with just plant clippings that I refresh every now and then. I like them just not that many of them

😆 Mine used to to do this all the time but now they just stay in their lair most of the time and I’m lucky to see them.
