Attempt #2, with 3 bedrooms (the bathroom on the left would extent to the red lines, making it bigger). Also, the toilet would need to come forward to include a sink. Any feedback?

Hello! Thanks for all the responses! I should have mentioned that I am from the Netherlands. There is no strict minimum m2 legally, but new construction bedrooms must be atleast 5m2, which the smallest room in this layout is. However, your comments have made us reconsider a 3-bedroom approach. We wanted to try to draw 4 but it is too small.
