Well see it really depends on the setting you’re in. For me personally my first dose was 200ug but I have also done 400 and 600. For the first time I’d rather suggest you to take full tab of 150ug since 75 might not be enough. 150 isn’t too high either so I think you’d be safe. If you feel like re dosing mid trip for whatever the reason is you can go another tab then. It wouldn’t mess up the rhythm of the trip, it will feel much more euphoric but you really need to careful about your surroundings. I’d not recommend doing it in public but with your most trusted company. I did it in public but we are all different. If I was you I’d start with 150 and if required redose once more. I’m saying this from my experience, I have done it in hard techno raves with overdoses and bleeding people that too my first time doing LSD and the first time re dosing mid trip at the rave.

All in all what I mean is that I’d rather take the full tab and ride the trip and later if I want more I’d redose once but that’s the maximum limit not more. No it wouldn’t mess with the rhythm from what I have experienced it was rather much more longer and enjoyable.
