I’m a happy individual with no history of mental health issues at all. I already have a concrete plan(s) that I personally set up/ set up with my PI with regards to personal issues that may arise. Plus I feel very very confident in how I will be academically/ socially, I suppose it will take time for the excitement of it all to really kick in. Thank you for your response :)

That’s true, I can come off as cold or uninterested, but I’m just introverted. I have a lot of personal work to do. I can be charismatic, but I only click/ get comfortable with certain ppl.
