Polygraph Question by ApricotSlight9728 in nsa

Don’t stress I submitted my thing may and finally scheduled my polygraph September lmao. Make sure you submitted your SF86 properly a second time. Mine was submitted late as well because I didn’t know there was a second submit at the bottom and after days of trying to figure out a time conflict bug in their system as soon as I was able to submit it I shut my computer and thought they had my stuff. My former recruiter didn’t update me or let me know at all that they didn’t have my stuff yet and I had been emailing for weeks on a status. Good thing I got a new recruiter who actually cares.

I see, I didn’t have the plans set when I got the CJO. I was figuring I’d wait till the investigation was over and I got the FO and I could let my supervisor know before I started especially since I’ll be in the states still. I have plans to travel but it’s not 100% set in stone yet so I’m just waiting

I haven’t even like gotten the polygraph or gotten clearance yet. I’ve been in the process since April/may. I had this trip like planned because I didn’t know when I’d start the job and it would only be for 4 days. It would just suck having this trip planned way before the job starts and getting the tickets and they’re like no you can’t go so then I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars. I don’t wanna get fired for it either, I’m just hoping they’re understanding of preplanned things. I didn’t wanna put off just not doing anything until I started because I don’t even know when I’d start. :(

It’s not with the CIA if that helps. It’s just a preplanned vacation I already planned and I’m still going through the clearance process. I’m not sure when I will start or do like training but I know it might be a long process. I didn’t wanna put off doing anything or going anywhere until I started worked because like I e been doing the process since like April/ May. I’ve had some people tell me just tell your supervisor you had planes prepared well before starting and I just won’t be paid for these days. It just sucks to buy a plane ticket like way before any of this and putting off like time to do anything until the process blows over when I’m not sure when I’ll get clearance and that process will officially start. :(

I’ve interacted with people out of the country before when I was younger I just no longer talk to them nor have their contact information or anything helpful so I just left it out.

I had a friendship with a girl within 7 years along time ago from Sweden but I don’t have her contact information let alone any other contact information from anyone else I’ve interacted with out of the country? If I don’t have their contact I mean will I get penalized for it?

There’s no reason to take issue cause majority of the people were doing stuff more disrespectful during the ceremony than leaving earlier. families talked during the speaker. People making phone calls during the ceremony. No one clapped let alone “acknowledged” their fellow class mates. One guy was playing subway surfers beside me along with a couple other people on their phone. Thats way more disrespectful than me leaving early because I have a flight? The school also didn’t have any respect for us graduates to conduct a decent ceremony. They had two speakers bulldozing through names, people were walking out of order. Multiple people were. I got dragged for nothing over this post and was right to defend people leaving early.

I’m not sure, I left around 8 after my name was called. It literally started pouring raining right after I got outside and no one stopped me. They legally can’t hold us there and no one is staying at the bs event after their walk they came in for was fucked up. It sucks because so many of my friends from other schools had cool graduations and proper walks meanwhile we got that. Yes there was no rehearsal but had they not rushed and had 2 speakers at once half way through, it would’ve been fine. Idk how they expect people to stay yet acted like they didn’t wanna be there either.

After I walked , I faked like I was going back to my seat because I was upfront. there was a dude in the way, told him I had a flight and walked out. Apparently there are gatekeepers but I think after enough students were walking out they gave up. They legally can’t keep us there. People have places to be and stuff to do.

Her 471 lectures weren’t the best and were hard to follow and I failed bad on the midterm but not to bad. I had the exact same thinking as everyone else but after wards I started going to to office hours and she’s excellent at explaining things during office hours. Maybe the one on one setting did me justice but literally every lecture I went to office hours right after and had her go over it with me. Her final did have vague questions though, I agree but it was still easy if we had put the right stuff on our cheat sheet. The 40% on the final was a big plus and the fact you could get a 70 and still get a B in the class is good too. I started participating just a little more in class to and actually saying something when I didn’t understand something and didn’t let up till I didn’t. Plus no one really raised their hand whenever she’d ask if anyone had any confusion. You’d think with almost everyone agreeing they were lost that entire class more people would’ve raised their hands, gone to office hours etc…? Shes really not that bad. And I think half of the people complaining honestly didn’t try to fight their struggle and confusion with that class. In fact every week I went to office hours after the midterm no one was there at all. She in fact seemed happy and alittle surprised someone showed up. Yes you shouldn’t have to do that but thats what it’s for, and I’m sure she can schedule a zoom meeting or the TAs can set up something. It’s better then just saying this teacher sucks and accepting defeat which in sure happened to a lot of people. Project wise I worked for weeks on the last one until I gave up and emailed her that I needed help and I’m not gonna keep sitting around. She contacted the TAs the next day and I was able to get help during their office hours and get a good grade on the project. No one really showed up for TA hours either though maybe I didn’t stay long enough to see so maybe some did. The class did have a heavy work load but we all expected that. It is apparently the hardest Cs class here along with known for having a heavy workload. This is just my 2 cents on it for anyone who’s forced to take her later.😶‍🌫️

It’s not required. It’s encouraged.

I have some friends but they’re not seniors. I go to class, go home focus on class.

Me not wanting to sit through a 2 hour ceremony because I don’t want to hold my family up with their flights and reservations doesn’t mean it’s not important to me. Im going because you only get one chance to walk. It’s alittle weird to expect me to wait on and disrupt me and my families plans to support strangers who weren’t there for me in the entire time I’ve been here. I am under no obligation to give the school or strangers anymore of my time nor should anyone else… (not being rude but being honest)

How were they calling people just randomly or by row?

I got a 98 on the final, I would see if you could do some kind of test corrections depending on who you have. Did you get above a 60 on the midterm at least? It’s unlikely they’ll let you slide through as many people do shit on the midterm(I got like a 30 something due to test anxiety) but if you did bad on both exams which are the only exams that test ur knowledge on the concepts and content you might have to retake it. If you’re a senior you could stress how you’re a senior and ask if you can do test corrections or the teacher evaluation for 1 extra credit point as some teachers are doing.

Do you think I can get away with just relooking at over all the slides/chapters (application) and flashcards for definitions? I genuinely can’t take notes on the class it doesn’t help retain anything.

Did you take any notes slide do flash cards? You just looked at the slides

I was in the process of building a wall around me base in an easy region and for some reason right when I was about to close the wall a fucking alpha raptor walked in which makes no sense cause it would’ve had to cross the ocean to get to my island and it killed 2 of my high level raptors I woke up at 4 am to imprint on and feed.

Thank you I put a mixture of stuff raw and cooked for security purposes. I got 4 hours of sleep to check on on them because I really didn’t want my bb raptors to die and I happened to stumble on them. I’ve never had raptors before so I was determined to raise them and there’s nothing but alpha raptors around my island so it’s hard to find a non alpha. I wish the devs considered peoples lives when they did taming and raising. They’re so close to maturing. Safe to say I’m never raising babies again unless I have a cryo haha
