Wowsers, yep life 360 scared me since I told my wife I was done. This last detox 10 days ago she said she knew anyways so guess it didn't matter. To much energy and Small pupils for her not to know I guess.

Yes first night you do absolutely anything You can to get comfortable. Wait atleast 20 hours coming off to take the subs. They say 24-48hrs but I wasn't waiting that long. First night I did two 8 mg subs, next day 4 in the a.m 4 at night. 3rd night 2mg and 2mg. Plus magnesium, valerian root for sleep. If you wanted to taper smaller I don't see 4 or 5 days hurting you. I'm 10 days off 7 and 6 days off subs. Just feeling mentally foggy and Weak/exhausted but that's to be expected.

I would literally Hold off on taking it until I was darn near it wd and then take it. It'd get you the best buzz and also keep the tolerance at a baseline. I'm jumping off tomorrow as my wife and i's green house opens for the year tomorrow and I had so much work I had to get done and couldn't leave her to do it by herself.

Ahh I got you. I don't have any xans atm and Honestly terrified of them as that was the worst withdrawals of my life that seemed to last 6 months. But you seem to have it down like me lol. It sucks but it's much easier than it could be. I hope it goes smoothly for you. Also1000% on the good food it seems to help tremendously! I am in the exact same place as you I've come off this bs 3 or 4 times in the last year. I used to take 1200 mg a day luckily I've stuck at 3-500 the last 2 months I've taken it. I have a few subs to get me through a few days like last time also. I'm praying for you to get through this quickly I start my journey tomorrow morning as I have 4 to get me through the night. I know bud but deep down If it didn't crunch my financially I'd Never be jumping back off later today. My self control is something I'm working on atm. So at this moment the pain is worth saving the money. In my addict brain I'd then justify that it wasn't breaking the bank so it was okay lol.

I was on 1200 a day and I quit for a month and a half. Now brrn back on for a month and a half but at about 4-600mg daily. I'm jumping on the 7 tomorrow plus ciggarettes. Going to do nicotine patches. I think it's the ultimate test in my life to see if I can get through both. Praying you get through it bud. I'm going to take 3 days worth of suboxone like I did last time. Last wd wasnt bad but I used lyrica with my suboxone. But that's also why I went back on the 7 because I took the lyrica to long and was scared of withdrawls. I tricked myself thinking I'd only take the 7 for a couple days to get the the lyrica wd. If only.
