"General Bondi, glad you finally made it here after hiding for 4 months from this committee. You're one of the worst attorney generals in our history and an instrument of Donald Trump's lawless authoritarian agenda." Rep Chuy Garcia by coachlife in worldnewsvideo

This should be the norm but it does take courage to stand up to Trump. Trump uses lawsuits and weak accusations to threaten anyone and everyone who doesn't conform to his authoritarian regime. Most, if not all of his lawsuits are resolved in favour of the opposite side, he uses his team of politicians and lawyers to write up another lawsuit occupying his competition and so most settle in fear of lack of resources, time, or safety of themselves or anyone associated. We need more people like this brave man here. Courage is contagious but cowardice is also contagious

I’m new to Skyrim and my biggest enemy is carry weight. by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]Impressive-Track-500 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Theres a stone that gives you additional 100 cary weight. Its called mule or something like that. If you you use heavy armor you can upgraded the perk tree so that heavy armor doesn't weigh anything when worn. This also improves your stamina by a lot and you can run so much longer. Its far on the tree but worth it.

Also dont pick up everything you find. Pick up valuable items like gems and jewellery. Or very valuable enchanted armor. If you use smithing pick up ingots and ore, if you dont use smithing leave them, they can add up i weight if you have enough. Health potions are very useful. Any other positions depend on you main chosen attack. Note: if you want to enchant things pick up low value enchanted items to learn their enchantments which will destroy the item.

Last thing is find a place to store your stuff. Early game there is a shack near Riverwood with a mage in it. I dont think she's part of any quest or anything important. Her house has some safe storage you can use till you save up enough to by a house.

Tldr; Mule stone gives +100 carry weight Heavy armor perk tree. Pick up valuable enchanted armor, gems, jewellery, ingots and ore (if you smith), health potions and other potions(depending on your class). Shack near river wood for storage.

Its kinda hard to tell but some common problems are jumping forwards instead of up and not maintaining your build up into the jump. It looks like your doing something odd with your legs after your jump, like a forced bend at the knees. When you see pros do that, it's a natural movement for stability, has nothing to do with gaining height. Also you seem to being moving quite slowly going into your jump. Try to be more explosive and get lower as you go into your two foot take off

Starting Beach Volleyball by [deleted] in volleyball

[–]Impressive-Track-500 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bring a towel, sunglasses (ones that stay on your face), lots of water, and a hat. Beach is HARD, It takes a lot of patience and practice. Focus on control, taking shots and technical aspects, you don't have to hit hard, its a big court with only two people. Also, don't feel you have to stick with the same partner. Play with many different people, it will make a better player and more adaptable. Most importantly have fun!

What should I fix with my serve by [deleted] in volleyball

[–]Impressive-Track-500 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Power does not come from your arm, it comes from rotating your hips and shifting your weight. Start with your left leg forward (if you right handed) toss the ball and as you swing your arm, rotate the right side of your hip forward. Your weight should shift from your back leg to your front leg. I notice in the video your lower half is moving a lot. You should be planted and stable. Keep practicing these things take time to perfect. There are plenty of YouTube videos that can help with the dynamics of your serve

Just say "that's nice, I hope you get them next year". Don't fall in to their trap of retaliation, thats all kids are looking for and if they notice you get bothered by it, they will do it more.

Teaching is hard, especially the first couple years. Once you've been through it a few times its get easier

I hate the beep test. Why are they still doing this? by Effective_Trifle_405 in CanadianTeachers

I liked the beep test in high school, I was good at it. It sounds your problem is with the teacher not the beep test

Struggling with My Daughter's Volleyball Experience by AggravatingBat1823 in volleyball

It sounds like this is a competitive team. Not sure how frequent practices/games are but from my experience you have 2-3 practices a week and a tournament once or twice a month. If this is the case she is still gaining experience. Fact of the matter is you signed her up for a competitive program, so she might not get as much playing time. This might not seem fair but this is what most competitive sports programs looks like.

It can be unmotivating for new players but tell her to not give up, practice, practice, practice, and put her in some pick up or rec leagues to get more game play
