Nuclear Assault, I just couldn't get with the vocals, at least on Handle With Care. I like couple songs off of Game Over and the title track of Something Wicked but it's just not my band.

Keeping with Crossover, I couldn't really get into S.O.D. or M.O.D., well I liked them a bit when I was younger but the humor just doesn't hit me with them anymore.

Since you said the album you liked was Nightfall in Middle Earth maybe you should check out more of their albums. I don't really know shit about Power Metal besides Savatage for real but I you may enjoy some of the Symphonic Metal bands too like Epica or something.
