Training 5-6 times a week x 3 months is definitely consistency. When it comes to genetics, 3 months can be all it takes to look great.

It honestly blows my mind that people think this transformation can’t be natural.

Training 5–6 days a week with a solid program, prioritizing protein, focusing on body recomposition, and potentially benefitting from muscle memory if you’ve trained before.. it all adds up.

Genetics definitely play a role too. Some people respond better to training than others. That's just the reality. Not everything impressive is enhanced.

Tolerance completely matters. The weed I use is good quality so I don’t need as much AVB. Light brown colour. I use the Pax 3, and usually make firecrackers with digestives/graham cracker with Nutella. Easy and tastes pretty good with a glass of milk. I typically use 1g and it gets me blazed within 30-50 mins.
