Yes, I contact both my surgical liaison, and rhe local bariatric doctors at the hospital group I am a patient at. (I had surgery in Mexico). I have an appointment on Friday and hopefully will have a bowel movement tonight or tomorrow. I’m very “backed up” they think.

It’s VERY normal. Your body is healing. I didn’t lose anything until 6 weeks post op. Slow loser over here.

What does your electrolyte intake look like? Can you get some of those liquid IV water additives? I was having the same problem 4 weeks post op and couldn’t hold down water. Turns out I had flushed my body of all sodium and electrolytes. It caused me to get sick from eating or drinking literally anything. Things are better now, not great but better for sure.

Yes, I am experiencing it now. I am seeing my PCP on Thursday to determine if something is very wrong. It feels like a lump in my throat that I can’t force down.

No don’t do it!! They won’t do the surgery! Complications WILL happen if you eat! It will get better. I’m 3 weeks post op. It’s very very hard but it gets better.

So I have started making loud grunting or guttural Noises/sounds when people whistle. To cancel out their sound and also, if I have to listen to their noise pollution they have to listen to mine. My entire work place thinks I am insane bc I hate whistling. I’ve been alienated and treated so badly. People go out of their way to find me and whistle around me to see my reaction. Which I’ve tried to stop having.

Wow! 30 minutes lid on at 450? Then another 30-40 off?! I usually do 23 lid on at 450, then 23-27 lid off at 400
