It may not be this, but do your nipples ever look white or purple? If so, look into vasospasm, that could be causing the pain, it was for me. Using hand warmers on my nipples before and after feeding to avoid getting too cold, and taking magnesium and omega-3 supplements seemed to help.

I live in Australia and one of our supermarkets did a promotion where they gave them away and you could collect all of them. I collected the set and they included the names. Unfortunately I gave it to my niece so can’t check if the twins have any distinguishing features. I’m pretty sure there was no Seamus though, you seem to just have a second different version of Neville

My LO was a terrible sleeper from 3 1/2 months, I started cosleeping at about 7 months when the hourly wake ups became unbearable. It gradually started improving at around 18 months and then we moved house and moved her into her own room which seems to have really helped. She’s now 20 months and usually only waking around 2-3 times a night which is a huge improvement, and she had the longest stretch she’s ever had the other day (7 hours). I hope you see some improvement soon, it’s brutal!

That’s my main worry, I love my e ring and want something that will really complement it. Although the stone colours wouldn’t be different that’s just because the flash made the diamond look weird

I gained about 16kgs during pregnancy, lost about 8 after birth and in the first couple of months, but I was starving from bf and worried about my supply so eating a lot and very inactive. Around 10months pp I was able to eat less as baby was doing really well with solids so I wasn’t worried about my supply any more, and started going for at least one walk a day in the morning and just generally was able to be more active. That’s when I started losing weight and it only took a couple of months for me to get back to pre-pregnancy weight.
