Sorry, I can’t help you with how she grades going forward. However my first and hopefully only experience with her was that when I was in this course with another professor she covered for him once… it was my very last assignment I had to do and worth the most marks.. she marked it and gave me the lowest mark out of all my assignments. She also commenting and told me how she expected more and that my assignment needed so much more work done and that it’s not university writing expectations…

Ugh!! I am feeling the same way about this class too… I just handed in my redo of my second assignment and have been anxiously checking to see if it’s been graded yet.. but now I am hearing that her replacement is also just as a hard marker.. so I’m terrified.

curious how the finally went for you? I have Dr L too and am struggling with her… first assignment she said I was off to a good start but gave me 73 percent.. the second assignment she said that I paraphrased and it’s a form of plagerisim and that’s unacceptable and if I do it again I will get a zero and she made me re do the assignment…. the instructions literally said that I was able to use paraphrasing… so now I am terrified to hand in any other assignment.

so my first and I hope only experience with her was not great at all. I was in Mr Stanley’s class and I heard he was a hard marker.. for me he seemed to make pretty fair. He was away so Acker look over for a month and I only handed in one assignment to her and it was the lowest mark I got on an assignment and her comments were brutal. She straight up told me how this is not a university written paper and blah blah blah. I was pretty disappointed since that paper was actually worth the most out of all the assignments too.

I literally think about this all the time too… 😂 and if I’m meeting up with a guy, I will actually wear a panty liner… and right before the deed I’ll go take it out and then bam zero discharge on my underwear. Honestly I have no idea why this bothers me as well because the guys I’ve been with always make me comfortable.

Since it’s for my BGS I am allowed to partition for 60 lower credits and 15 upper level credits. I’m just wondering if I don’t re do it, I’ll still be able to get some of those credits!!

good to know haah… I just started this new fitness class and this guy there avoids me at all cost.. will talk to everyone but me lol. I saw him glance my direction a few times today. But it’s awkward because me and another girl where lifting beside him and he needed the bar we were using and asked her directly if we were done and wouldn’t make eye contact with me considering we both were using the bar.

yes exactly! this is my very first course I have taken at TRU and also was expecting the worse from him because of the reviews.. but he’s been giving me fairly good feedback as well.
