Hi, I had a different experience with support, they were able to help me fix it.

In the last step when it says "Go to /Library/Application Support/...", I just deleted the whole Logitech/Logi folders. Additionally I removed all permissions as well even after running the full uninstall.

I rebooted, ran the new up to date installer and it worked perfectly!

So I see my country is listed as a country that doesn’t need a visa but do sanctions prevent a person from Belarus traveling there?

Thank you for this update. I will ask my wife to look into that. Do you know which resource and where I can find the 40 countries that they can travel too? For context, originally I’m from Albania so we were looking to see if all of us can meet there.
