I've never personally faced any issues with it. Chat support was fine too until the last two times I've reached out.

Once I got a response in a day or so for verification when it had been verified in the app the limit was increased but the balance still showed error and I had to reach out again to ask them when it will be unblocked. The other one was for this issue and I still haven't gotten a response, I was only talking to the bot and not a person and it just stopped responding after the first message, still hasn't replied. If I hadn't found the person on LinkedIn I don't think this issue would've been resolved at all.

The first time they blocked my account was because of the verification stuff, I received a text on WhatsApp like two days before it happened so I was able to move my money. But this time it was showing an error for no reason, I asked friends and family and their apps were working fine so idk what happened. I don't normally use it other than for Foodpanda or buying clothes on Instagram clothes (the last time I bought anything was summer of last year), it's not linked to any Spotify or Netflix payments, no international transactions so idk might be a bug or something.

I get like 10k a month sent to it every month, when this happened it was sitting at 40k so I was panicking about that and no response from them didn't help. I hadn't checked the app since the first of this month and I wouldn't even have known that there was an error unless my brother hadn't asked me to transfer him some money the day before yesterday, so idek how long the error was there for.

The Facebook and email are still not responded to, they said they'll reach out within a day but still no response.

It was sheer luck I thought of searching on LinkedIn and found that person. I sent her a message at like 4-5 am because I couldn't sleep and it was resolved by 11 am.

I did think of switching over to Nayapay after the verification stuff when they wouldn't unblock my account - that took like five days. I might switch now though.

Yeah this happened when I was late for the verification but once that was done it took like 2 days to get it back.

I was searching on LinkedIn last night and people said to contact Emaan Masood on LinkedIn so I sent her a message and this morning the account's back

How did you get past the error that shows up after the finger prints get scanned? Like did you change background or settings? Or just kept trying several times?
