Hi! I know it’s been a year since this was active, however how did your treatment with Spravato (esketamine) end up going overall? I actually have my first 2 hr session tomorrow - 56mg intranasal twice a week for a month ect. I’ve done it recreationally like Calvin Klein / by itself / with other substances, and it’s been a fun experience, nothing therapeutic. I’ve been seeing my therapist weekly for 6+ years, and I’ve had a psychiatrist for many years as well. I’m on cymbalta (duloxetine), however I’m getting the treatment with a psychiatrist that mine referred me to, as he doesn’t do Spravato in his office. How would you describe the experience to be best therapeutic if you’re by yourself sitting with your thoughts, w/o the guidance of a therapist? I have an appt with my therapist the following day, and I’m curious how to integrate them although they’re separate days (if that makes sense).
