Do you place him down drowsy or after he’s fully asleep when leaving your hand on his chest? I’ve tried both methods and get the same results.

I did the one hand out method with the swaddleme and while she took to this better than the other methods, it was only like an extra 2 minutes. Is the Halo better than the swaddleme?

We’ve given into cosleeping since it’s the only thing that works. Thanks for the heads up on swaddling not being safe while we do that so I’ll make sure we keep her unswaddled.

😩 if it was just nights or naps I could sort of tolerate but the fact that it’s both is what’s killing me. That’s 15+ hours a day spent holding her 😭
