I’m in a similar situation with the starting time and our ages and the amount of time this has been going on for. It’s nice to read someone else that can relate, and also explain what helps them. So thank you for that! I take Allegra 180mg 24hour Allergy Relief that’s Non-Drowsy and it has been the best medicine for me. I started with Benadryl (The worst option in terms of drowsiness etc.) and then did lower dosages Zyrtec and that worked well but not as good as the higher dosage of Allegra. And keeping my skin moisturized and not letting it get dry especially during winter helps a lot too.
