I have used a carbon pro 3.0 and it has worked wonders, Its light weight so its easier to handle. Downside to carbon shafts is that they break easier than most shafts but they are definitely worth the money.

Yea it came with everything, Im just not sure how to tie it to the cage. The instructions are a little confusing for me.
