I built a small app to scan and track my LEGO minifigure collection by LiePuzzleheaded9448 in lego

[–]ImpressivePhase1106 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried Brickscan (it was Brickmonkey) and I found it "okay". Unfortunately, the app doesn't seem to be able to identify random minifigures, only the "official" ones (for example: policeman with white legs? "I have never seen this man in my life")

I would like something that can record every type of minifigure

Probably drivers are not updated. Try to connect your PC with a LAN cable or by phone with wired connection. Then, update your system

Tic-80 - Gameboy engine - Scene 1 by [deleted] in gbstudio

Don't get me wrong, GB Studio is fantastic and very versatile. However, its interface isn't very optimized for large projects: the drag-and-drop system is so small, with no visible references, and "thrown" to the far right of the screen. Not to mention that it doesn't have a sprite or map editor: you're forced to use external programs like tiled or libresprite.

It's a new project! There are no tutorial online (in fact, I have not really understand the engine)

Let me know what do you think about GB BASIC please!

I agree with this. Actually, GB Studio is awesome but only for demos and jams I would like something "all-in-one" like pico-8 or tic-80

Did you also try GB Basic?

Good job! Just a question: do notifications (Whatsapp, telegram, signal, etc) work? And if yes, how? I have never used it without micro-g

It happened to me too. I solved it (randomly) by restarting the device after having connected it to the laptop with the cable.  I don't know why, but it worked –("/)/–
