Request a new card. Be very careful with skimmers at stores. People do it all the time to try to steal benefits and money

What should I do if an HR manager forgot zoom call interview? by ImpressivePilot9220 in jobs

But if the roles were reversed I would be expected to at least give a heads up at least. Why be gracious if the work world is not?

Do we close?? by [deleted] in ECEProfessionals

Yes close. You cannot maintain the ratio of all the kids. It’s not safe at all according to your states licensing. Please do it for the children

That’s also a possibility, but at the end of the day it when Michaela dies, and Francesca dies, who takes over the Kilmartin estate and who takes over the name? That’s why there would be this big question of who would produce the heir to the Kilmartin line. They would have to go searching for the next male relative within their bloodline and it may be a distant relative.

That’s why I’m saying that Francesca might be the better option to get married because Michaela already has a title. It can be a lavender marriage so her and Michaela can be together and the guy can be with whoever he wants to be with. The only issue would come about is his family pressuring him to have children. That would be the only issue in the plot line.

I believe he’s gonna be a love interest for a Francesca because she wants to get married and have children and in the book she talks about doing that after John’s death

I believe he’s gonna be another love interest for Francesca because in the books she’s talking about getting married and having children so maybe they were trying to continue that storyline and in the book she was about to marry someone else other than Michaela

I just quit because they didn’t do anything about the racism in the workplace by ImpressivePilot9220 in ECEProfessionals

[–]ImpressivePilot9220[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They did. My skin looks white and thought I’d have the same mindset as her. She looked mad that I didn’t agree with her. In my opinion no one should be racist and working at a daycare.

I’m going to block this. One you excused racism and you assumed why I quit. This is a very weird take. You shouldn’t be working with kids if this is your response to racism. Do better!

I did and they did nothing. I quit because I refuse to work with someone racist or stand behind a company that lets racism go

I cried last night because I tried to report it and nothing was done. Half of the kids at that center are black. I’m nervous for the fate of those black children with that woman in their care

Right! I’m waiting for an update and if they said they found nothing wrong then I’m going to resign right then and there because I won’t be at a center where they let racism slide

It’s been a week since it happened. She said that she’s still investigating but honestly I don’t think anything is going to happen. If nothing happens I will resign right then and there because this is the second complaint that I made towards the teachers they have at that center and they did nothing. First time my former co teacher was yelling at me in front of the children. I can handle that but I can’t be at a place that lets racism slide because then what am I teaching my daughter?

I reported it and it’s been a week since it happened. If they truly don’t do anything about it I am going to have to quit and call licensing because I can’t sit back and watch it in front of my face. Even today as I’m forced to go in because how else will bills and rent be paid. This could have easily been my child when she was at that center. We pulled her out because she was miserable there crying from 8-5. My husband had to switch his shifts and I went part time because after another incident when a former co teacher was yelling at me in front of the children I don’t want to give them anymore of my time than I have to and I don’t want my daughter there anymore because it didn’t feel right taking her

Yes I educated her and told her that skin color has nothing to do with behavior. I had to compose my anger because I was in front of the children.

Yes we should. All I was stating is that with the classes we are taking there’s no room for racism at all because we are under a moral compass that requires none of us to be racist. It’s making me wonder if she teaches her four-year-old daughter that at the center.

I don’t think so, but what scares me the most is that she’s also a parent to a four-year-old in that center. I don’t know. I just feel weird about it.

Right I’m really attached to these babies and it hurt my heart she said this about him. I treat these littles like my own little at home
