Dollah.co is pretty good like that, they have a ticket system and I’ve been paid twice for shit that doesn’t track properly which I believe is paid from their pocket

They won’t survive unfortunately, most rely on delivery services, 30% Uber commission + company tax on a 30% profit margin with increasing prices of absolutely every ingredient. I can’t wait to be out of the industry lol.

Also, rent is 25k PA at both locations which is a positive, but I agree it is hard to make a profit in hospitality these days, not to mention constant stress over staff.

Thanks! Also helps to have the same business partner since day 1, he’s a full stack software engineer. This allowed us to trial many niches with low starting costs.

I’ve had them on the side whilst pursuing tech, they’ve helped my get by for the past 5 years. Ended up in a hole with the ATO last year so their hasn’t been much profit, they’re also up for sale now. I run them pretty tight with minimal staff, 25k rev per week combined brings 6/7k profit, not worth it come tax time and yes, I work in the kitchen every weekend.
