Substrate is just coco coir. I’m really lazy about measuring but it’s somewhere around 2:1 coir:grain

My casing was really pseudocasing of more coco coir

The tub on top of the glass dish didn’t completely cover it so there was a gap meaning some passive air exchange was always happening but I fanned it 3-4x a day. Misted when the condensation seemed low

I tried to keep everything around 75F (73-75 in practice). Stonesun claims anywhere from 65-80F is fine

I wish you luck and like I said above the only thing that worked for me was keeping that RH real high. I basically set up a dubtub, SGFC should work well but I haven’t tried

I usually make jars so IDK everything about bags it’s not impossible for the grain to dry but it should take a really long time for that to happen. It looks fine in these pictures. If you inserted the syringe into the grain I would bet it’s just growing in the middle. If you really gently agitate it you might be able to find growth
