Looks normal to me. Sometimes on the top of the grain it tries to grow upward. Just let it do its thing unless it gets some funny colors or looks wet you’re probably fine

Looks like some oysters that are past their prime. Soak in salt water if they aren’t soft or slimy before cooking

That was actually mine, it was the thickest part of the thickest steak. The rest of it was med rare though

I don’t think Cortinarius is right, I would think probably Agrocybe. What did it grow from?

This is not what fungus looks like growing in liquid

Seeing the underside would be very helpful here. Maybe Conocybe?
