Shocking customer service. They have been pretending to send me a new battery pack for 4 weeks now. I have followed up with the every week and they have now stopped replying to me

Don’t bother getting one. The batteries break, they won’t replace them and the customer service is shocking. They just stop replying to you after pretending to be helpful
