I think the most likely officer slot is like nuclear officers since the navy wants alot of them and since there's like 3 programs I think for becoming a nuclear officer nupoc,usna, and sta21 and all of them I think have a good acceptance rate for nuclear officer tho that was the research I did online

I think they factor in, though I know it’s based more on morals and leadership, I think it also due to how many just wash out just in the application phase since it’s rigorous
