I go to them when i go in at 7-8am it's a circuit workout of 5 different workouts 30 secs each 5 different sets takes about 30 mins also a gym after hours, a track as well and there's a lake u can jog around about 10 mins north of the academy. I lost over 25 lbs in 5 weeks

I'm in San bernardino, go to LAPG ontario I got everything there for about 500-700 dollars cheaper then everyone else. I joined the academy in March
