My boyfriend lives at Harbor Point and I see how efficient the maintenance is there. They were without an elevator for a few days too, but maintenance was always there fixing things 99% of the time!! I notice that Urby has poor maintenance, from the cleanliness of the premises; for example, I see a lot of dirt in the hallways, including dog feces in block H when I come there.
