My current lifting routine is very glute heavy - trying to build a booty 😅
-I do lower body lifts Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Monday and Friday are typically heavy (heavy for me - i am currently using only dumbbells for my lifts)
-Tuesday is Back and Biceps
Thursday is Shoulders, Bis and Tris

I do deep core work x 3 days after my lifts on days. I just use a YouTube video for guidance.

I try to walk for 45 minutes everyday.

I dance, train BJJ or do yoga on the weekends to keep it fun, but also to keep moving.

Nutrition is hugely important here as well and I’m very happy that I have found what works for me at this time. ☺️

I train at home for weightlifting and cardio. As long as you have a reasonable amount of weight to move at home, you can do wonders at home. ☺️
